QotD: If at first you don't succeed...
What have you tried in life that you just weren't very good at?
I wasn't very good at a quite a number of things. Basketball among them, as a young boy in school. So it is with great pleasure that, at least for the moment, I find that I am beating several relatives in an NCAA bracket pool. Born out of ignorance, but still . . .
Also not very good at dancing (are those two related?) and chemistry (a totally different area) and playing the clarinet and staying calm despite provocations, going to church regularly, drinking heavily, or sleeping through the night.
Probably there are other things, but lately I haven't been very good at remembering, either!

My first year in the US my office I won the march madness bracket! I based my selections on the names of the schools and I think a couple of players were Australian. The really funny thing was that I had no idea what the numbers in the brackets meant (the standings)! The story is still told around our office every year when the NCAA comes up - I think because it so irked all those people who follow the season. (I have since come 2nd and 3rd - still basing my choices on my whims). I have not done a bracket this year because I am away - so someone else will have a chance! :-)
