My wife made a fine dinner for Christmas day

It was a pretty time-consuming operation, taking her more than two days.  She chose traditional Italian foods, in the style of her own late mother.  A big job!  But boy was it good!

Yes, the pasta was made from scratch! It is manicotti. And also braciola. (These are pronounced totally differently in Italian than in English, but those are their right names. Anyhow, they were great!
